I’ve never been afraid of a challenge. From rebuilding my career in new cities to navigating market shifts and leading large-scale development projects, I’ve always seen change as an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better at serving others.
My career in real estate began in college out of necessity. I was financing my own education, and my family, long engaged in the ownership and management of both commercial and residential properties, had always been immersed in the real estate business. I took a job as a receptionist at Century 21 just as the MLS was moving online. Agents were struggling to adapt, and I found myself stepping in to help: creating flyers, managing listings, and building systems that kept their businesses running. Before long, I was training others and assisting with contracts before I was even licensed.
What drew me in wasn’t just the sales side of real estate but the strategy and statistics behind it. I became fascinated by how data shaped decisions. While still in school, I built a simple program to track housing inventory trends, which later helped me recognize the signs of the 2008 downturn before it fully hit. That early curiosity about market behavior set the foundation for the rest of my career, wanting to be the most informed advocate for my clients, and to help educate other REALTORS® as well.

It eventually led me to Altos Research, a real estate analytics firm where I served as National Director of Sales. I spent several years traveling to speak at industry events and consulting with hedge funds, title companies, and brokerages while continuing to sell real estate locally. Balancing two demanding careers gave me perspective on how market trends connect to real human decisions.
In 2009, I relocated from Chico to Roseville to be with my husband and had to start over in a completely new market during a major downturn. With no local network, I learned the Sacramento region from the ground up, joining a team, studying market patterns, and rebuilding my business client by client.

That persistence led to an opportunity to lead residential sales for a major downtown redevelopment tied to the new Sacramento Kings arena. The project included 69 luxury condominiums above what became the Sawyer Hotel, along with new retail and public space. I managed sales strategy and marketing while coordinating with the developer and city partners to bring the residential component to market in an area still finding its footing.
From there, I was recruited to San Francisco to manage another new development launch, which included building a team, creating the sales plan, and guiding the project from construction through sellout. That experience expanded into additional development work across San Francisco and Napa, where I continued to take on large-scale projects that required both strategic precision and a steady, hands-on approach. And through all of that, I continued working directly with clients, helping them navigate residential sales.
I’ve done a lot of exciting and different things in real estate, from navigating new markets to running teams and helping shape growing communities. But after years of building, relocating, and rebuilding, I reached a point where I wanted a different kind of challenge.

Now I’m channeling everything I’ve learned into building something lasting. My focus is on growing lasting client relationships and continuing to build in the markets where I’ve become an expert, from San Francisco to Roseville. I’m strengthening the foundation of my business so I can serve clients not just once, but across every stage of their lives.
I want clients to know they have someone they can always call for guidance and support. I’m creating a network that extends beyond the transaction, connecting people to insight and support whenever they need it. This chapter is about taking everything I’ve learned from years of movement and challenge and using it to create something enduring and impactful.
As a REALTOR®, my passion is helping people navigate a life-changing decision with the best information, resources, and guidance possible. I help my clients make decisions based on facts, not guesses or assumptions. I rely on market data, supply behavior, and long-term trend analysis to shape our strategy for pricing a home, writing an offer, or timing the market effectively.
Just as important as strategy is communication and connection. I take a deliberate, patient approach to guiding clients through each step, explaining what matters, cutting through what does not, and making sure they feel informed rather than overwhelmed. I negotiate firmly, always keeping their “why” at the center of the process. By truly understanding my clients and the personal reasons behind each move, I can protect both their goals and their financial best interests.
And even after closing, I stay connected! You can reach out for anything, from market insights to contractor referrals to your next purchase years down the line. To me, doing this work well is not about a single transaction; it is about showing up with the same consistency, expertise, and integrity every time!
